Shipping price correct?

If you are not sure the shipping price is correct, please contact us.

With wich company do you send your packages?

We ship all our packages with B-post. Other methods are available upon request. Do not hesitate to contact us.

You will receive a tracking number from our webshop once the order has been shipped.

My allergy is not mentioned at the products, am i sure i can eat this?

I am a recurring client from the previous website, can i order the same way?

I a m not always home for a delivery, do i have to wait a complete day?

You will receive a mail when the package has been shipped.
You will also receive a tracking number wich you can follow online.

When you have an allergy, please mention this in the extra info field on checkout.

Is my chocolate guaranteed for melting in transport

No, We pack our packages with the upmost care and attention. We pack all chocolate with thermal packaging.
Unfortunatly it does not always arrives in the best conditions.
We will hold shipments if we know they will not arrive in good condition and wait to ship your goods untill temperatures are ok.
We will always contact you via mail.
